Here For You Miami is a trade name of Loft23 LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, USA. We offer in-person personal loans from $500 to $3,000 to qualifying applicants. All loans are originated and serviced from our physical office in Florida.
2. Eligibility
To use our services and submit an application you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a legal resident of the United States with a verifiable address
- Have a valid government-issued photo ID
- Have a verifiable source of income
- Have a working U.S. mobile phone number and email address
3. Loan Application
Submitting an application on our website does not guarantee approval. All loans are subject to internal review. Approval is based on income, employment, and other internal criteria. Final loan approval and funding require an in-person visit to our office. We reserve the right to decline any application for any lawful reason.
4. SMS Messaging Program
4.1 Opt-In and Consent
You opt in to our SMS program by affirmatively checking the consent box on our application form. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving a loan or any other service from us.
4.2 Messages You Will Receive
Once opted in, you will receive transactional SMS messages relating to:
- Loan application status and updates
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Approval and funding notifications
- Customer support responses
Message frequency varies based on your application activity. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
4.3 Opt-Out and Help
You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP to any message, email loftmarketing2468@gmail.com, or call +1 (754) 610-2158 for assistance.
4.4 Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Acceptable Use
When using our website and services you agree NOT to:
- Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information
- Use the application form to harass or impersonate another person
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Use automated tools or bots to submit applications
- Use our SMS program for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape any portion of our website
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, design, and code — is owned by Loft23 LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Nothing on our website constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Personal loan products carry risk. You are responsible for understanding any loan you sign for.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loft23 LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loft23 LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
12. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first using our services by emailing loftmarketing2468@gmail.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
